Using Card Controls within Online & Mobile Banking, you can freeze and unfreeze your card in real-time, report your card lost or stolen, and request a replacement! You may also call 888-248-8420 to report your card lost or stolen.
How do I make changes to my address?
Log in to Online Banking, and in the top right hand corner you should find ‘Address Change’. Fill out the information and click Submit to send over our secure server.
How do I make changes to my Online Banking username, password, email address, or phone number?
Log in to Online Banking, and in the top right hand corner you should find ‘My Settings’. Click edit next to the information you wish to update, and make your changes.
How do I show, hide, rename, or reorder my accounts in Online Banking?
Log in to Online Banking, and in the top right hand corner you should find ‘My Settings’. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click ‘Rename & Hide your accounts’. Make the changes you wish to see and click ‘Go to my Accounts’ on the bottom of the screen when complete. These changes will also be reflected in your mobile app!
